• Ensure the smooth operation of our hotel: Perform daily maintenance tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities, ensuring everything is in top working order.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and work orders: Address guest concerns and repair malfunctioning equipment or amenities efficiently and courteously.
• Possess diverse maintenance skills: Handle a variety of tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC maintenance, and more.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment: Implement preventative maintenance schedules, perform cyclical carpet cleaning and floor polishing, and report any potential health and safety hazards.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team: Effectively communicate with colleagues and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar hotel maintenance role (highly preferred).
