Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Meticulously cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and bathrooms, adhering to the highest hygiene standards.
• Vacuuming carpets and corridors, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere.
• Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as per established procedures.
• Undertaking regular deep cleaning tasks to maintain the pristine condition of guest rooms.
• Restocking and maintaining your cleaning cart daily for efficient operation.
• Promptly reporting any missing or damaged items to ensure timely replacements and minimize guest inconvenience.
• Verifying the proper functioning of all equipment within and around guest rooms, work areas, and cleaning equipment.
• Practicing environmentally responsible practices, including waste disposal.
• Effectively managing guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Adhering to all hotel security, fire safety, and health and safety regulations.
• Following established lost property procedures.
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues from other departments and fostering positive working relationships.
