Hilton Garden Inn Busselton is seeking a motivated and reliable Team Member Kitchen Attendant to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you’ll play a crucial role in assisting our chefs, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring seamless operations within our Team Member Restaurant.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cleaning vegetables, fruits, and other raw ingredients.
• Assisting with the daily preparation of menu items.
• Supporting the Senior Cook in cooking various dishes for each meal service.
• Maintaining proper storage of all food items.
• Collaborating effectively with the kitchen team to ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld.
• Demonstrating knowledge of fire safety procedures and operating kitchen equipment.
• Utilizing appropriate cleaning products and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Helping prepare orders and acting as a runner when required.
• Performing other assigned duties as directed by the supervisor.

We’re looking for someone who possesses:

• A Junior Middle School degree or equivalent.
• Basic experience in a kitchen support role.
• Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills.
• A strong sense of teamwork, responsibility, and self-motivation.
