Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Promptly addressing maintenance requests and repairs, adhering to the highest quality standards.
• Ensuring compliance with all company regulations and legal requirements, including fire safety, health and hygiene, and electrical safety.
• Maintaining the property’s green areas and car parks, contributing to a well-maintained environment.
• Contributing to preventative maintenance programs, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering smooth collaboration.
• Implementing energy conservation initiatives, and promoting sustainable practices within the hotel.
• Attending relevant training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

We’re looking for someone who possesses:

• A positive and proactive attitude, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effectively interacting with guests, team members, and contractors.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to diverse situations.
• Previous experience in maintenance trades, such as electrical work, plumbing, or painting and decorating.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications pertaining to the role.
