You’ll be instrumental in making sure our customers have an unforgettable dining experience in this fascinating role. As the team leader and supervisor, you’ll keep a close eye on expenses and inventory management while guaranteeing effective and courteous service.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional guest service by Hilton’s high standards.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu, confidently explaining options and catering to dietary requirements.
• Maintain a clean and inviting dining environment, ensuring all areas are spotless and ready for guests.
• Greet guests warmly and attentively, offering assistance with seating, menus, and special requests.
• Train and develop new team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for both staff and guests.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 2-4 years of experience in a managerial position within a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
• Strong leadership and training abilities, inspiring and motivating your team to achieve their best.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
