Contract Admin/Management Officer
No of Positions: 02 (Kohat, and Mingora (Swat))
Qualification: Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Procurement, Business Management, Law or Finance or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
We are seeking candidates with at least 10 years of experience in:
Procurement and contract management
FIDIC-based contract administration for civil works and consultancy services
A focus on ADB procedures
Experience and knowledge of the following are highly desirable:
Procurement procedures of international organizations/agencies, particularly ADB, GOP, and ADB procurement guidelines for works, goods, and services
Work experience in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region
Experience with multilateral donors like ADB and WB or their funded projects
Overseas experience relevant to the position
Experience working with international organizations and government institutions
