This is a permanent, in-house position in Lahore, Pakistan, ideal for a passionate lawyer with 5+ years of experience in contract drafting and legal research. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of law by designing innovative legal products, drafting high-quality contracts, and ensuring the accuracy of our legal resources.

Associate Lawyer Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Drafting & Review: Craft watertight contracts across various jurisdictions, utilizing your expertise to draft first versions and advise on complex legal elements.
• Legal Product Design: Be a pioneer in shaping our legal document automation software. Design user-friendly questionnaires and refine templates to deliver customized legal solutions.
• Legal Research & Compliance: Maintain the accuracy and compliance of our documents and information pages with evolving legal landscapes.
• Collaboration & Innovation: Actively collaborate with colleagues across various departments and also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
