What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough inspections of Softline merchandise (apparel, textiles, etc.) following strict AQL standards and QIMA’s established procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance by meticulously verifying product specifications, labeling, and overall quality.
• Oversee container stuffing according to company guidelines, maintaining proper documentation and adherence to safety regulations.
• Create detailed inspection reports within designated timelines, accurately reflecting findings and recommendations.
• Maintain professional communication with suppliers, addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth inspection process.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in quality control, specifically within the softlines industry (apparel, textiles, etc.) is essential.
• Demonstrated understanding of AQL standards and relevant quality regulations (ASTM, CPSIA, etc.) is a must.
• Strong command of written and spoken English is crucial for effective communication and report writing.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are paramount for ensuring product quality.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are key.
