  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Administrative assistants Responsibilities:

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:

  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Efficiently manage schedules by scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Telephone Handling: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries with professionalism.
  • Office Supplies Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-equipped work environment.
  • Visitor Assistance: Greet visitors, directing them to contacts or service areas for a positive first impression.
  • Mail Coordination: Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other materials, coordinating the flow of information.
  • Document Handling: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail.

Experience and Specialization:

  • Possesses computer and technology knowledge with proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
