Education and Experience:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Responsibilities: As a Taxicab Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Safely picking up passengers and driving them to their destinations in a timely manner.
• Assisting passengers with luggage and ensuring a comfortable boarding experience.
• Taking the vehicle for servicing as needed to maintain optimal functionality.
• Collecting fares accurately and providing exceptional customer service.
• Assisting clients/guests with special needs to ensure a positive and inclusive experience.
• Recording transactions accurately for accounting purposes.
• Providing pick-up and delivery services upon request.
• Attending to complaints or challenging passengers with professionalism.

Credentials:

• Driver’s License
• Provincial or Territorial Commercial Vehicle license (Class 4 or E)

Security and Safety:

• Criminal record check
• Driver’s validity license check
• Driving record check (abstract)
