Responsibilities:
Tasks: Join our vibrant team at Persia Foods as a Shelf Stocker in the retail department. Your role encompasses a variety of responsibilities to ensure a smooth and efficient retail operation:
- Directing Customers: Guide customers to the location of the articles they are seeking, enhancing their shopping experience with excellent service.
- Ordering Stock: Collaborate with the team to place stock orders, maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer demands.
- Recording Incoming Stock: Keep meticulous records of incoming stock, facilitating accurate and organized stock management.
- Shelf Stocking: Ensure shelves and display areas are consistently stocked, visually appealing, and well-organized to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Stock Maintenance: Keep stock clean and orderly, contributing to a neat and aesthetically pleasing retail space.
- Pricing Items: Accurately price items using stamps or stickers as per the provided price list, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
- General Cleaning: Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the retail space by performing tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and creating a positive and friendly shopping atmosphere.
