Experience: 5 years or more

Work Setting:

• Home care and visiting care agency

Responsibilities:

Tasks:

• Administer budget
• Ensure availability of supplies and equipment
• Assist in the establishment of unit policies and procedures
• Assist in the selection, evaluation, and professional development of personnel
• Ensure quality nursing care and appropriate administrative procedures
• Set up and coordinate nursing services with other health services
• Supervise registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and other nursing personnel

Supervision: 5-10 people

Credentials:

• CPR Certificate
• First Aid Certificate
