Welder Job Description

As part of your role at EagleCraft Boats, you will be engaged in several key tasks related to MIG/TIG aluminum welding and hull construction. This will involve:

1. MIG/TIG Aluminum Welding: You will be responsible for proficiently performing MIG/TIG welding techniques on aluminum materials, ensuring strong and precise welds.
2. Fabrication and Fitting: You will contribute to the fabrication process by accurately fitting pre-cut parts together. This includes aligning and positioning the components to ensure proper assembly.
3. Preparation of Components: Before welding, you will prepare the components by cleaning, grinding, and ensuring their suitability for welding. This step is crucial to achieve strong and flawless weld joints.
4. Sub-assembly and Welding: You will be involved in sub-assembling various parts, which may include welding them together to create larger components or sections of the boat structure.

Welder Qualifications
